General information concerning leased land.

North America Outdoors leases recreational rights from private property landowners for use by our club members. We offer a wide array of leases for different types of game species, activities, duration, and revenue formats. We will lease the right to hunt any or all of your land, during any season, and for any or all game. It might be a hog only, fishing only, or turkey only lease; it might be for 3 months, 1 year or 10 years; it might be a total value or a fee-based style lease; it might also include hunting rights for the landowner or landowner's grandson. Every farm is different and therefore every lease is different. We are flexible and will tailor a lease that fits the landowner's specific needs.

Income is the most talked about benefit from leasing the recreational rights to a property, but is not the only reason to lease. Trespassing can be significantly decreased, additional insurance is provided that will protect you from unforeseen lawsuits, and you gain comfort that a responsible, professional organization is looking after and taking care of your land when you cannot be.

NAO offers landowners the confidence that those visiting their property are respectful, honest, and responsible. We guarantee quality outdoorsman. All our members are screened prior to acceptance into our club. Club Rules are strictly enforced; they are designed to protect the land, provide safe enjoyment for our members, and to manage wildlife. Our online reservation system allows us to control property activity – who will be there, when, and how much game is harvested. We believe in managing the property so game continues to be abundant year after year. Utilizing the land in a safe, fruitful, and peaceful manner is a top priority to North America Outdoors.

    Land Sales

    We are interested in leasing your property.

    In the course of our business we frequently have landowners offer us land they would like to sell. We are in constant contact with real estate agents and brokers. We also have hunting club members or prospects interested in purchasing properties for their own personal use. We inadvertently have a great network of contacts to facilitate the sale of properties.

    NAO offers unique benefits to property owners who are selling their property. Because of our 30 day cancellation policy we have the uncanny ability to lease property which is up for sale. The landowner is able to collect revenue for the recreational rights to the property for the entire duration the property is up for sale. We also keep detailed records of all game sighted and/or harvested on the property by our members. This can prove to be a valuable asset when presenting the reports to a prospective buyer.

    At North America Outdoors we realize that it is in our best interest to facilitate the sale and maintain our relationships with all parties. This often leads to additional land being leased to us for our members to utilize. We lose fewer members and have enhanced our stature with the landowners as well. We use our ability and network of contacts to help sportsmen purchase quality land for investment and recreational purposes.

    Finder's Fee

    Receive financial benefits for helping add land to our club.

    It is impossible for us to contact all the landowners who desire to lease their property to us. Therefore, we offer a 10% Finder's Fee incentive to anyone who helps us obtain land to lease. Those who refer a landowner who we enter into a lease agreement with will receive 10% of the total financial value of the 1st year of the lease. The Finder's Fee is a great way for us to obtain more leases and to reward those who refer properties to us.
